What was a very scary situation have a flat tire on a boat trailer on a major freeway at night could have been a nightmare. It turned out to be a very safe and put my family at ease. I contacted Boat US and explained the situation we were in. They said they would contact a Towing Company in the area and get back with me. Emails & Text Messages were exchange. Within 15 minutes were were contacted and Official Towing would be within 45 minutes. When the driver arrived he explained what he was going to do and asked me to pull forward and center my SUV and trailer on the shoulder of the expressway. Car and semi trucks speed by at 70+mph. The driver disconnected the trailer from my SUV and asked me to pull forward. He positioned wrecker and wenched the boat and trailer onto the tilt bed and secured the load. We merged onto the expressway and proceeded to my house. Upon arrival the driver proceeded to back into my driveway and unload the boat & trailer. It was an amazing experience to see how the driver operated. Mike was a true professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and nothing was damaged she he unloaded.
